"Quick and Easy Pickup"
Pickup was super fast and there was "no hassle" at all. Everything went smoothly, and I was in and out before I knew it.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to return a pair of shoes I ordered from Target.com because the sizing was just not right, like they fit weird in the toes, felt loose in the heel, and definitely weren’t something I was going to wear around all day. The return page was easy to figure out, and I just brought them to my local Target instead of messing with shipping labels, boxes, tape, drop-offs, or any of that stuff.
At the store, they scanned the return, checked it quickly, and that was basically it. No long explanation, no awkward questions, no back-and-forth, no waiting forever at the counter. The refund showed up on my card a couple days later, which was faster than I expected. it was smooth, especially compared to other returns I’ve done where you need a printer, a receipt, a tracking number, three emails, and way too much patience

"Easy payment, refund was a little slow"
I paid with my card on target.com, and the checkout process was really smooth and stress-free. My billing info saved without any issues, and I was happy to get the email receipt right away.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that my refund for one item took a few days longer than I hoped. It did come through in the end, so I still feel good about the experience overall, it just wasn’t quite as quick as I expected.

I had a missing item in my order and reached out through chat. They got back to me quickly and handled it without making me explain the same thing over and over. It was a really smooth experience overall, better than I expected from a big store

"Pretty easy to use"
Finding what I needed was simple for the most part, and checkout was quick, so... that was nice. A few of the filters acted a little weird, like they didn’t always narrow things down the way I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I used the Target registry for my baby shower. It was easy to set up. Adding items was simple. Most guests had no trouble using it. A few things went out of stock quickly. But overall, it was really helpful

"Pretty smooth pickup experience"
I checked Target before heading out and, honestly... it did a good job showing what was actually in stock at my store. I ordered a few things for pickup, and nothing got canceled, which was nice. The app was easy enough to use too, so yeah... overall I was happy with it.

"Helpful updates, with one little waiting moment"
I ordered from Target the communication was solid. I remember that small sense of relief each time an email came through saying my order was placed, then shipped, then out for delivery. It made the whole thing feel easy, like I wasn’t sitting around wondering what was going on.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the status updates took longer than expected to change, and I had that familiar little worry of, “Uh oh, is it stuck somewhere?” Thankfully it showed up just fine, and overall the updates were helpful.

My Target order was pretty much spot on!! I got everything I picked out, and nothing was missing, which was a relief because I’ve had that happen with other stores before!!!

One of the boxes was a little bent, and the cap on a cleaner was kind of loose, but thankfully nothing spilled!! Overall it was a good order, and I’d definitely use them again!!!

I stopped by to grab my refill after running a couple errands, and it was ready right when they said it would be. The pharmacist was really nice and answered my question quickly, which I appreciated because I still had groceries sitting in the car. There wasn’t a long wait either, so honestly, 5 stars from me.

Is target a good place to buy glue?

What's happening with the target.com site? i have ordered from them in the past and everything has gone smoothly. last week i wanted to place an order and now it says it can't ship to puerto rico. the thing is that when i talked to a customer service rep, he asked for the item and my address and he said that they do ship. i couldn't place the order with thim because i want to use my red debit card cause i get free ship. i thought it was a glitch but when i go again to place the order online, it still doesn't let me place the order.

“I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.”
